DEAR SIR, I feel freed to say that ,THE VISHWA KANNADA SAMMELANA 2011 be the LANDMARK IN THE HISTORY OF KARNATAKA by showing its way to LANGUAGE CULTURE AND CIVILISED WAY OF KANNADA CULTURE. BELGAUM IS SUCH A PLACE WHICH WAS PART AND PARCEL OF BOMBAY KARNATAKA AREA till 1st November 1956. Onwards it is part of MYSORE and Again as in KARNATAKA STATE SINCE 1973. It is noted that Belgum city stands for MULTI Lingual place and there we can find METROPOLITUIAN CULTURE because of MARATHA INFANTRY AND CAMP AREA. LINGAYAT JAINS MARATHAS MUSLIMS others are DOMINATED HERE and there is strict brotherhood in the way of cultural approach. THERE IS NO BIASNESS OF LANGUAGE HERE WHICH BE KINDLY NOTED, Belgaum is known as BELAGAVI NOW.
